Service Description:
|
The Mobile In-Home Withdrawal Management nurse will assess the individual to determine if withdrawing at home is a safe option.
During the withdrawal process, the nurse will visit or call at pre-determined times to provide support to both the person in withdrawal and to the support person.
The following criteria must be met:

safe environment to withdrawal in
no history of seizures
no major illnesses
