Health Sciences North (HSN) is seeking an innovative individual for the position of Social Worker Bachelors (OSP) to perform triage and screen referrals received for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program. Review referrals for completeness and determine eligibility in the program by completing patients’ intakes. Provide individual and/or group centered evidence-based, short-term, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and related approaches to adults who experience mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, from an accredited university. A current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers is required. We are looking for someone with a minimum of one (1) year experience in triage, clinical assessment, and treatment delivery of evidence-based CBT and CPT, both individually and in groups. Candidates that possess experience providing mental health and addiction screening and intake with ability to make clinical recommendations are preferred.
