Service Description:
  • Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changes
  • Offers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counselling
  • Services are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families


  • Free and voluntary option that helps families develop plans when Child Protection Services has concerns
  • Offers Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) and Child Protection Mediation (CPMed) to create safe, appropriate plans for children

  • Fees: None
