Provides subsidies for childcare to parents and caregivers in need of financial assistance who are working, students, or parents and caregivers of children recognized as having a special need or children needing protection * services offered are:
- provides financial assistance for childcare in the community
- responsible for determining eligibility for subsidies for parents
